What do you need for the transfer of the property?

Follow the instructions provided for each country of reference, instructions that we will provide you.

Once the balance of the price and taxes have been paid, you will need to go to the Notary on the day and at the time set for the transfer deed. You must be present personally or represented by a person with a valid special power of attorney.

The one who has been awarded the property is the only person to whom the property can be transferred.

In the event that you are not present at the deed, you will lose the right to purchase.
